Das Erste – Easter Campaign 2016

I was commissioned by Munich-based studio Luxlotusliner to produce one of the idents for Germany´s first public TV channel (“das Erste”) 2016 Easter campaign.
The basic concept of the piece is an eastern egg that is redecorated with motifs from the very famous german crime series “Tatort”.

I translated the styleframes from Luxlotusliner into a fully animated 3D scene:
I modeled and shaded the assets, merged their filmed textures with handmade frame-by-frame animation, physics dynamics and fluid simulation,
mixing it all together into this detailed and special piece.
